"Naughty" Awareness Ads

On this page are the advertisements being run on buses, billboards and in newspapers by the American Humanist Association this year, the third year we’ve done a holiday ad campaign. Click on each image for a full-sized, hi-res version in .pdf format.

The phrase “Bias against atheists is naughty, not nice” is the main focus of this year’s campaign. Because of continued acts of discrimination against atheists in American, the AHA is attempting to bring attention to the problem and spur a conversation that will move us forward.

The ads for Washington, DC use a familiar AHA slogan, “Don’t believe in a god? Join the club.” These are meant to remind other non-believers that they are not alone.
